The input module is in good optical condition and has been stripped from a working DDA Forum Console.
Input Gain and switchable between Line and Mic.
+48V phantom power switch, -20Db pad switch, phase switch
The module has a Broad EQ section with:

Hi Mids sweepable from 470Hz to 15K and +/-15dB
Lo Mids Sweepable from 70Hz to 2k2 and +/- 15dB
+/- 15dB LF
Up to 12 Matrix Pots
Panning pot
Fader (Knob is missing)
